SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through www.primeave.com

Prime Ave is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

• UPS Expedited Service

 

Prime Ave orders are shipped and delivered on business days

(Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Shipping times may vary according to the shipping service chosen and the customer's delivery address. For security reasons, Prime Ave will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

 

Prime Ave offers Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.00

Shipping costs on orders under $50.00 may vary according to the shipping service chosen and the customer's delivery address.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

 

Orders will be sent within 1 to 2 business days after purchase (processing time does not include weekend days).

SHIPPING TIMES 3-5 business days Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

 

Prime Ave provide the tracking numbers, between 1 - 2 days after the order is placed. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. It will contain a tracking number so you can track your order to your door.

 

DELAYS

 

Prime Ave is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Prime Ave is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance).

Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

 

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

 

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

 

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

 

Prime Ave will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

 

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

 

Prime Ave recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Prime Ave is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

 

SHIPPING COMPLETED

 

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Prime Ave makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.

RETURN POLICY

 

Our Return Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Purchases made on our website may be returned for a refund within 15 days from the date of delivery. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and handling charges associated with shipping items back to us. Only refunds are made, once the product has reached its destination and has been received by the buyer, no refunds are made for products that are in transit to be delivered or have not yet been delivered. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

 

¥ We will need to know your order number.

¥ Items must be in its original condition (unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged).

¥ All returns must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.

¥ Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our Prime Ave warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please package the product securely.

¥ Shipping return costs and handling charges are non-refundable.

¥ Prime Ave reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. Returns that do not fulfil our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

 

We do our best and our best effort to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. We apologize for the inconvenience presented; our goal is always to provide the best service (Only in these cases the shipping cost will be refunded). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or you need a refund, please send us an email at info@primeave.com with your order number.

 

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

 

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 2 to 3 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email.

Your refund will be completed via the original payment method, with the amount of return shipping deducted from your refund. 

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE

 

Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped. If you would like to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees.

All returns need to be made within 15 days after receiving the items. We suggest to check each product feature before making the purchase.

Please note that the product must be shipped back to us at your own expense.

If you want to cancel your order, you must do so within 48 hours after placing the order. If the order has already been shipped (or 48 hours have passed), we won't be able to offer a cancelation.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned products. We are not responsible for lost packages.
